<br />Wunibald Wolf, DECEASED. } Now on this 2nd du.: of Februarys , 19 i :, this cause came_ on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of August Heimes,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of 17unibal
<br />Wolf, deceased, it appearing to the court that notice of the filing of said report and of the tiro
<br />appointed for final settlement of the estate of said deceased has been given to all persons in-
<br />terested by publication of such notice one week prior to the ^nd day of February,1921,in the
<br />Grand Island Independent as required order of court dated January 22,1921.
<br />On consideration of said report and the evidence in sul,;ort thereof the court finds that sai
<br />executor has accounted for all of said estate which cc-me into his possession or under his control
<br />e,nd that there remains in his possesgion no money or other property belonging to said estate;
<br />that he has raid all Legacies under the provisions of said Last Will and Testament,as well as
<br />the funeral expenses,taxes and expenses of administr"tion;that his report is correct in all re-
<br />spects and ought to be approved and allowed.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time limited
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so allowed has ful
