<br />hearing before the Hon.Wm H. C.Wocdhurst, County Judge in and for Lincoln County- on the final re-
<br />port of the administrGtor end application for dtischa_rge of Oscar T.Flebbe,administrator of the
<br />estate of Hazel Irene Flebbe.,The Court being fully advised and after due consideration finds
<br />from the records can file in this case that all persons interested in said estate were duly
<br />notified of said hearing as required by law,and after full examination of the final report and
<br />application of said administr"tor the Court finds that the said report -.1e correct in all re-
<br />spects and should be allowed;that there are no debts or claims of the decedent Hazel Irene
<br />Flebbe unpaid;that all orf�said claims and debts against said decedent have been paid;that no
<br />claims against said estate have been filed and the time is past for the filing of claims and al
<br />clu.ims and debts against said decedent are forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that Hazel Irene Flebbe departed this life intestate on the 3rd day
<br />of Jaru4ry,l919.,�nd left surviving; her e-s her only heirs and the only persons claiming uny in-
