<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />Henry T. Lorentzen, Deceased. )
<br />On this 1" day of November,1920, this cause came on for hearing
<br />upon the final report of Louise Lorentzen,Administratrix of the estate of the said Henry J.Lor-
<br />entzen,deceased,and the Court having; examined the records and files,and being fully advised in
<br />the premises,finds thLt due and legal notice has been given to i.11 persons interested in said
<br />estate,of the time and place fixed for hearing upon 6&id final report as heretofore ordered by
<br />the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry J.Lorentzen departed this life intestate at his
<br />home in Hall County , Nebraska, on the 22nd day of .Aye ri 1, 1920, and at the time of his death the said
<br />Henry J. Lorentzen was a resident and inhabit-ant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the report of the said Louise Lorentzen is true and correct in
<br />all things,a.nd that the same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of sai.�
<br />Admi.nistratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal nuti.ce was given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims agai.nat said estate,and that the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired,a.nd that all persons having claims against said estatgif any such there
<br />be,and not filed within the time limited in said notice,are forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said kdrninistre*trix has paid all the debts of said estate,so
<br />far as known,has paid the funerLl expenses of said deceased,and the costs of administering said
<br />estwte.&nd that said Administratrix has fully accounted for all of the property belonging to sa.ic
<br />estate which has come into her possession,a.nd that said estate ought to be closed,and said Ad-
<br />ministra.trix discharged.
<br />The

<br />the said Henry J.Lorentzen died
<br />seized as the owner in fee

<br />of the
<br />easterly one -half of Lot
<br />Three (3),in Block One Hundred
<br />(100),of Railroad Addition
<br />to
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska., as surveyed,pl"tted,and recorded,and that the said Henry
<br />J.Lorentzen left surviving him as his heirs at la.w,and his only heirs at law,Louise Lorentzen,
<br />his surviving widow,and Alma E.$eller,a daughter, of whom the said Louise Lorentzen is the mother;
<br />and that the real estate herein described,upon the death of the sa.i.d Henry J.Lorentzen,passed,
<br />by absolute title,under the intestate laws of the stt,te of Nebraska,to the said Louise Lorentzen
