N" YU AND DEGREE RECORD No. 2 <br />In The Name of God! lmen. <br />I Josiah W.Noble of Grand Island,Nebr.,being of sound mind and memory declare this to be my 1 <br />will and testament,in manner and form following: <br />First,My farm of Eighty (80) Acres near Wood River is to be sold- preference of bargain to be <br />given to the present 12enter I'rr.T.J. Ries lwnd -and converted into money and therefrom are to be <br />paid all my just debts and necessary funeral expenses and from this sum -the sale of the fe'zm- <br />I give and devise and bequeath to my Sister Mrs Crary Cyphers of Sharpsburg Pa.$2000.00 and I <br />also bequeath to her in trust for my Sister M.Gabriella of Altoona Pa $1000.00 to be given to <br />the Sister Gu.briella when she needs it and calls for it.and of this same-sum-the result of the <br />sale of the Wood River Farm I give a.nd bequeath to my brother Clement C.Noble (1000.00 and fron <br />this sum a suitable monument for my grave is to be bought and the city charges to be paid for <br />taking, cure of the lot and the remaining amount is to used for the celebration of Masses PoT t <br />repose of my soul. <br />second I give devise a.nd bequeath to my brother Clemen C.Noble now in the State of Washingto <br />in the City of Seattle my 25 acre fruit farm in Idaho,near Idaho Fulls - about 10 Miles from <br />Idaho Falls. <br />Third. I give devise and bequeath -ty property in Sharpsburg Pa to my brother Clement to use it, <br />when he <br />can sell it for pious Purposes <br />according to <br />his own <br />judgment. <br />Fourth: <br />I give,devise and bequeath to <br />Rev.Wunnibald <br />Wolf my <br />two (2) lots on West Koenig St.in <br />Block 1700 a,nd my ten (10) acres of land in Hayma.n's Add crest of the city Cemetery. <br />Fifth Whatever else I may have in cash etc at my death shall be used also for incidental ex- <br />penses at the funeral or for rna.sses.. <br />Sixth. I nominate and az;,oint as my executors of this my last will and testament Rev Wunnibald <br />Wolf,Chuplain of St Francis Hospital and Rev.
