It is therefore,considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Josiah W.Noble,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. It is considered and adjudged by-the court that the report of the executors be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account,and they are discharged of their trust. The court finds that the said Josiah W.Noble was at the time of his death a resident and inhabl itant of Hall County, Nebraska; and that he departed this life on the 26th day of February 1916; that he was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Ha11,State of Nebraska,to- wit: The West One Half (W -) of the North West Quarter (NWT) of Section Fourteen (14) in Township E Ten (10),North of Range Twelve (12);Lots Ten (10) and Thirteen (13) in Hayman's Subdivision of the West One Half Ma) of the North West Quarter (NWT) of Section Twenty -fives (25),in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Ten (10),and Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Twenty (20) in Wasmer's, i Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska. I The court.finds that the first described tract of real estate to- wtt;The West One Half of the North West Quarter of Section 14,in Township 10,i.n . Range 12,west of the 6" P.M.i'n Hall County, Nebraska,is the land mentioned and described inthe last will and testament of said Josiah W. Noble as "My faun of eighty (80) acres near Wood River "nd is the only eightyacres owned by the f testator at the time of making said last will a,nd testament. The court finds that the said Josiah W.Noble left a last will and testament which instrument ryas duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 5th day of Apri1,1916,and recorded in this office. The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament lots 10 and 13.in Hayman's Subdivision of the Nest One Half (WJ) of the North West Quarter (NWT)% of Section Twenty- five (25) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Ten (10) in Hall County,Nebraska,being the property de cribed in the last will and testament as "My ten acres of land in Hayman's Addition vvgst of the City Cemetery" and lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Twenty (20) in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska, (being the lots described in the last will and testamen as "My two (2) lots on West Koenig Street,in block 1700 "). did pass and descend to Rev.Wunnibald Wolf in absolute title. The court finds that under the ,provisions of said last will and testament the West One Half of the North Nest Quarter of Section 14,in Township 10,in Runge 12 in Hall County. Nebraska. being the property described in the last will and testament of said Josiah W.Noble as, "My farm of eighty acres near 'Vlood River" was to be sold by the executors and the proceeds of such sale be applied to the payment of debts, funeral expenses "nd leguci4s;that such sale has been made and the money derived therefrom has been paid out and distributed in the manner directed by said last will and testament. It is therefore considered by the court that Lots 10 and 13 in Hayman's Subdivision of the West iia.lf of the North West Quarter in Section 25 in Township 11 in Range 10,west of the 6" P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska,a.nd Lots 1 and 2 in Block 20 ih Wasmer's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Josiah W.Noble under and by virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament to Rev.Wunribald Wolf in fee simple -• J.
