Noble, deceased.. } <br />Now on this 11th day of august 1917, this cause Came on for j <br />hearing <br />upon <br />the <br />final report of Wunnib4ld Wolf <br />and August Heimes,executors of the <br />last will <br />and <br />testament <br />of <br />Josiah W-Noble,deceased,i.t appearing to the satisfaction of the court from <br />{ <br />the proof now on file that notice of the filing off' said report and of the time and place fixed for <br />final settlement of said estate was given to all persons interested by publication thereof in <br />the Grand Island Semi- weekly Independent.as required by the order of Court dated July 28th.191 <br />and there being no objections or protest on file. <br />After a full examination of said repoirt.the court finds that the same is correct in all re- <br />spects and ought to be allowed as and for the final account of said executors;that' the executox�� <br />have paid all legacies under the will,have paid the funeral expenses the expenses of administr4� <br />tion,and have distributed the balance of the personal property as directed by the Testator in <br />fifth paragraph of the last will and testament, and there there remains in the hands of the exe- <br />cutors no money or other property belonging to said estate.- <br />The court finds that creditors of the said Josiah W.Noble were allowed six months from the <br />1st day of May 1916 in which to file their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall <br />County,Nebraska,wnd that notice of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims was <br />
