<br />Deceased, } Now, on this 24th day of Tanuary,1921, this cause cazre
<br />on for hearing upon the final report of Henry Bniarrick,Executor of said estate and his petition
<br />for a settlement thereof,and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and legal noti�
<br />of the filing of said report and petition had been accepted in writing by all of the heirs at
<br />law.legatees "rid devisees of said deceased,in which they w "ived time.publicati.on,and further
<br />notice of the filing of said report and petition and asked that same be allowed and approved
<br />by this Court and said estate closed as therein prayed.and thereupon.upon examination of said
<br />report "nd the evidence in support thereof,the Court found same to be in all respects correct
<br />and complete and that it should be so approved and allowed as in said petition asked.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file in this case that due amd legal notice."s by 1
<br />law and the orders of this Court requi.red,has been given to all creditors and others having cial
<br />against said estate of the time and place for fir'1i.ng same,wnd that said time has fully expired

<br />and thwt all claims filed against said estate,including the funeral expenses of said deceased "
<br />costs of administra.tion,have been fully paid by said Executur,a.nd that all other C]Aime,if any
<br />there be,should be forever barred and precluded.

<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein and from the evidence of the Executor,
<br />heirs,a.nd devisees in this case,th&t the said Lucretia Barrick died testate in Hall County,
<br />Nebra.ska,and while a. resident and inhabitant thereof, on February 10,1920; that she was a widow,
<br />her hu *bu.nd having preceded her in death; t?"t she left " last will and testament in her own
<br />handwriting and duly execlxtel,signed,and witnessed,which will,with the written assent and upon
<br />the written request of all of her children,heirs at law legatees and devisees,was,on February
<br />17,1920,duly filed,proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as by law provided,as 1

<br />last will and testament of said deceased. That said will related to both real estate and persor41

<br />property owned by said deceased,situ4te in Hall County, Nebraska;tI.t said deceased left surviv
<br />her as her only heirs at law the following maned persons.all of whom were n.G.med as legatees an
<br />devisees under her said will,and referred to as her children.viz.,Mary Madsen,Ina Pierce,Sadie
<br />Hauke,and Zora M.ichael,her duaghters, and Henry Barrick,her son;the.t all of said children,heir
