<br />I,Christian Nieburger,of the County of Hall in the State of Nebruska,,being of sound and dis-
<br />posing mind and memory,do hereby make public and declare this to be my last Wi-11 and Testament.
<br />First,1 direct that my funeral charges,the expenses of administering my Estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Second,I give to my beloved wife..Anna Nieburger,all my household furniture and all the rest
<br />of my personal property,after paying therefrom the above mentioned item.to have and to hold the
<br />same as long as she lives.
<br />Third,I give to my beloved wi.fe,Anna Nieburger,ull the Real Estate of which I shall die poss-
<br />essed,to have and to hold the same as long us she lives.
<br />Fourth,4fter my death and the death of my beloved wife,Anna Nieburger, I give to my son Tosiws
<br />all the household furniture and the Sj SEA of Section 24.Xownship 11,Rarge 9 and the SJ4E-t NE-t
<br />of Section 36,Townshih 11,Range 9,411 in Hall County,Nebraska.to have and to hold the same to
<br />him and to his heirs forever,for which he have to posy $1900:00
<br />Fifth,After my death and the death of my beloved wife,knr_a NiPburger,I give to my son Christi,

<br />I hereby appoint my son Josias the sold executor of this my last Will and Testament.
