<br />Charles Wasmer's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,and Lot 7 in Block 31,in Packer
<br />& Barr's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,all in Hall County,Nebraska,pa,ssed to Lour
<br />Hetzel, surviving widow of said deceased,for the period of her natural life,with full power and
<br />authority vested in said Louise Hetzel to sell and convey the same by absolute title,and that
<br />upon the death of the said Louise Hetzel any of said real estate not sold and conveyed by the
<br />said Louise Hetzel during her lifetime passes,by absolute title,to Lulu Hetzel Baird,Frank A.He
<br />i.nd George -Hetzel, daughter and sons of said deceased, share and share a.like,and distribution of
<br />same is hereby accordingly ordered.
