Hetzel, ) <br />Deceased.. ) Now,on thib 15th day of January.1921,this cause came on <br />for hearing upon the final report of Louise Hetzel.Executrix of the last will and testament of <br />George D.Hetzel,deceased,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully <br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to 411 persons interestec <br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered <br />by the Court. <br />And the Court,having eKumined the final report of the said Louise Hetzel,Executrix of the <br />estate of the said George D.Hetael,deeeased,the vouchers on file and the evidence,finds that <br />said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed and approve( <br />as and for the final report of said Executrix.. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given in the manner provided by <br />E <br />law of the time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceasedsthat all <br />claims filed have been fully p"id,and that all persons having claims against said estate,and no <br />filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any sue' <br />claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the said George D.Hetzel departed this life at his home in <br />a d Island Hall Count Nebraska on the 28th day of K ril.1920,and at the time of his death <br />Gr n y, Y <br />the said George D.Hetzel was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebre ska.,leaving a last <br />will and testament,which was duly proven,allowed,und admitted to probate in this Court on the <br />10th day of 7une,1920,and in which said last will and testament the said Louise Hetzel was <br />named Executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the value of the estate of said deceased did not exceed the sum <br />of 9,OOO,und that the same is not su`O;ect to an inherit"nee tax under the laws of the state <br />of Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has fully accounted for all of the estate of <br />said deee"sed,has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,and the costs of this proceeding, <br />and these remains no personal estate of said decewsed,and that said estate ought to be settled <br />and closed,and paid Executrix discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said George D.Hetzel died seized as the owner in fee simple <br />I of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, <br />to -wit: Lots one (1),two (2),three (3).four (4),.nd five (5),in Block Twenty -two (22).in <br />Char7&es Wasmer's Addition to the city of Grand Island.all of Block Forty -three (43), in Charlee <br />Wasmer's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,wnd Lot Seven (7) in Block Thirty -one (31) <br />in Packer & B4rr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,a.11 as surveyed.platted.ana re- <br />I corded. <br />The Court further finds that the said George D.Hetzel left surviving him as his heirs at lav <br />ii <br />i <br />and devisees and lega.tees,and his only heirs at law,devisees.and legatees,Louise Hetzel,his <br />surviving widow,Lulu Baied.e. daughter,and Frank L.Hetzel.and George Hetzel.sons,all of whom are <br />i <br />of legal age. <br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament <br />of the said George D.ietzel,deceased,the real estate hereinbefore described passed to Louise <br />Hetzel, surviving widow of said deceased, f or the period of her natural life, wi th full power <br />and authority vested in the said Louise Hetzel to sell end convey the same,by. absalute title, <br />and that upon the death of the said Louise Hetzel any of said real estate not sold and conveyed <br />! by the said Louise Hetzel during; her lifetime passed,by absolute title,to Lulu Hetzel Baird, <br />. <br />
