<br />WILL AND CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DFCRFE.
<br />I,George D.Hetzel,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make
<br />and ,publish this,my last will and testament,i.n the manner and form following that is to say:
<br />FIRST;
<br />I direct that my just debts and the exepnees attending nay burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,tievise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Louise Hatzel,all of my property,both real and
<br />personal,and wheresoever situated and whether now held by me or hereafter acqui.red,to have and
<br />to hold the same for the period of her natural life. Granting unto my said wife,Louise Hetzel,
<br />full power and authority to sell and convey,by absolute ti.tle,a.ny real estate owned by me at the
<br />time of my death and granting unto the said Louise Hetzel full power and authority to use and ex
<br />pend such portion of my estate,both principal and income,as in her discretion she deems neeessa rl
<br />for her proper 'support,maintenance and enjoyment.
<br />THIRD.
<br />All of my said estate which remains upon the death of my said wife,Louise Hetzel,I give,devis
<br />and bequeath unto my d"ughter,Lulu Hetzel Baird,and my sons,Frant A.Hetzel and George'Retzel,shax
<br />and share alike.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife,Louise Hetzel,as executrix of this will without bond.

<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said George D.Hetzel,
