<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDF.RED,AD.TUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Josiah Hall died in-
<br />testate at his homein Hall County,Nebraska,and at the time of his death he was a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that more than two years have elapsed between the death of
<br />the said Josiah Hall and the filing of the petition in this cause;that no application or petitiot
<br />has ever been filed for administration upon the estate of the said Josiah Hall,deeeased,nor has
<br />the estate of the said Josiah Hall ever been administered in the state.of Nebraska„ or elsewher<
<br />that the said Josiah Hall died seized as the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described,and that upon his death the same passed and descended,under the intestate laws of the
<br />`state of Nebraska in pforce at the time of the death of the said Josiah Hall,deceased, to the sai(
<br />Amanda M- Hall,his surviving widow,and Stephen J- Ha,ll,his son,by absolute title,share and share
<br />alike,and the same is so awarded to them as of the date of the death of the said Josiah Hall;
<br />that the said deceased left surviving him,as his only heirs "t i,.w,the said Amanda M.Hall,his
<br />widow,and Stephen J.Hall,his won,who bore the relationship to said deceased of surviving widow

<br />and child;that Orlando O.Orndoff,the petitioner herein,purchased the premises hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed from the said Amanda M.Hall,and Stephen J.Hall,and is still the owner thereof,and as`i
<br />such owner is a proper and :qualified person to prosecute this aetion,and is entitled to this
<br />decree establishing the date of the death of said deceased,his heirs at law,their degree of
<br />kinship to said :dece"sed,and the right of descent of the property hereinbefore described.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERFD,AD;TUDGED, ATTD DECREED BY THE COURT that x 11 debts of said deceased, if
<br />such there were at the time of his death,a.nd of his estate,are forever barred and precluded,and
<br />that further administration of the estate of the said Josiah Hall, deceased, is hereby dispensed
<br />with,and acid estate is hereby settled and forever closed.
