<br />I. John Snider, Judge of the County Court. in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />this 26th day of Apri1,1920,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the
<br />said William D. Burroughs, deceased, which was filed in this c ourt, on the 22nd day of March, A. D.
<br />1920,und being the instrument to which this is annexed,was duly proved.approved,p robated and
<br />allowed,as the last Will and Testament of the said William D.Burroughs.deceased,in and for the
<br />State of Nebraska;and was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County Court aforesaid.

<br />That on said day said Jesse A. Burroughs duly qualified as such Executor by taking oath and
<br />filing bond as directed by the court,ta,nd then became,has been even since.and is now.the duly
<br />appointed,que.lified and acting Executor of suid estate;that on the 26th day of Apri1,1920,an
<br />order wus duly entered by the court fixing the 10th day of June.1920,at 10:00 o'clock A.M. or
<br />within three months thereafter as the time for filing claims.and that all claims not filed with]
<br />the time so limited should be forever barred.and directing that notice thereof be given by pub -
<br />lication in the Hastings Daily Tribune for four successive, weeks.
<br />That thereupon notice to creditors was duly given and published as required by law and in
<br />compliance with the order of the court.
<br />The court further finds that the time for filing claims has expired,and that all claiyns fi
<br />and allowed against said estate,and the costs of administra.tion.have been fully paid;AND IT IS
<br />HEREBY ORDERED APIA AD.TUMED that all claims not filed against said estate are forever barred..
<br />That said Jesse A. Burroughs,Executor. submitted his account and vouchers.and no one appearing
<br />to object Lhereto,or contest the same,the court finds that said account is ,lust and true and
<br />should be and is hereby allowed and approved and ordered recorded as his final account.
<br />The court further finds that said William D- Burroughs,deceased.left surviving him as his
<br />only heirs at law,devisees and legatees under the will and only persons interested in said esta'
<br />the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Maggie Churchill, daughter, Holstein. Nebraska.
<br />Laura McClure, Daughter, Bladen, Nebraska.
<br />Anna. Miller, Daughter. David City. Nebraska.
<br />',q"tch Burroughs, son, Bl.a.den. Nebr "ska.
<br />Roy Burroughs ,son.Fia.stings,Nebraska.
<br />Jesse A. Burroughs ,son,Bellwood,Nebraska.
<br />Charles W. Burroughs .son,Holstein,Nebraska.
<br />all of said heirs at law being of full age "nd past their majority;that said deceased left no
<br />other child or children,nor any child or children of any deceased child him surviving.
<br />The Court further finds that tTa.ry E. Burroughs.wife of William D. Burroughs,deceased, d�parted
<br />this life before the death of the said testator.
<br />The court further finds that Jesse A.Burroughs.named in the will as Jesse B.Burroughs,is one
<br />and the same person as Jesse A. Burroughs..
<br />That there remains on hand inthe posses3ion of the Executor for distribution.the sum of
<br />$3002.36.which under the provisions of said will.said.
