<br />Now on this 4th day of December,1920,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition and re0ort
<br />of Jesse A.Burroughs,Executor of the bast Will and Testament of said William D.Burroughs,deceas #d,
<br />for final settlement and distribution,and for hie discha4te "a Executor and the evidence,and
<br />submitted to the Court.
<br />Upon Consideration Whereof, the Court finds from the records, the proofs on file and the evideAce.
<br />That due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according to law;that said
<br />William D. Burroughs departed this life testate rat .Wilson,Kansu.s, on the 15th day of March,1920,
<br />and was,at the time of his death a resident of and domiciled in said Adams County.That on the
<br />22d day of March,1920,a raper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of said
<br />William D. Burroughs, deceased, together with a petition praying for the probate of the same was d
<br />filed in this Court.
<br />That on the 14th day of April, 1920,after notice thereof had been "given according to law,said'
<br />cause was continued to trie 26th day of kpril,1920,that on said day said Will was by this Court
<br />duly admitted to probate,and a decree was duly entered provingpr b ting and allowing said in-
<br />strument as the Last Will and Testament of said William D.Burroughs,deceased,and directing that
<br />Letters Testamentary issue to Jesse A. Burroughs, upon his taking and filing oath as required by
<br />law, and filing bond in the sum of $5 000.00, wi th sureties to be approved by- the Court..
