<br />home in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 14th day of July,1920,and at the time of his death he was
<br />a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. and that on the 12th day of August,1920, the
<br />lest will and testament of the said William L.HAldeman,deceased,was duly proven,allowed,und ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this Court.as and for his last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William L.Haldeman, deceased. left surviving him as his
<br />heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,the following named persons,viz.,Russell Haldeman,a son,
<br />of lawful age,Edward K.Iiuldeman,a. son, of lawful wge,a.nd Anna Alters daughter, of lawful age.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully expir(
<br />and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,and not filed withii
<br />the time fix"ed by the Court,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any sue)
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executors have paid all the debts against said estate,the
<br />funeral expenses of said deceased the estate tax due to the United States Government,and the
<br />inheritance tax due to the state of Nebraska.-have turned over to Russell Haldeman the one-half
<br />interest in all of the personal property owned by the said William L.Haldeman jointly with the
<br />said Russell Haldeman,as provided by the sixth paragraph of said will,a.nd have distributed to
<br />Russell Huldeman,Edward K.Haldeman,and anna Alter,children of said deceased,in equal shares,all
<br />the rest, residue, and remainder of the personal estute,belonging to said deceased,and that nothi
<br />further remains in the hands of said Executors to be administered upon,and that said Executors
<br />ought to be discharged,and said estate closed..
<br />The Court further finds that the said William L.sHaldeman died seized as the owner in fee
<br />simple of the west half of Section Fourteen (14),in Township Eleven (11),North,Range Eleven (11)
<br />Westin Hall County,Nebraska,upon which his last will and testament operated.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,ATTD 17CREFED BY THE COURT that the report of said Executors
<br />be and the same hereby is allowed and approved as and for their final report,said Executors are
<br />discha.rged,and said estate closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORTZRHD,AD7UDGED,A *1D DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate,if any such there be,are forever burred and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTIiFR ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND J ECRE M BY THE QOURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of said William L.Haldeman,deceased,and charged with the payment
<br />to Isabelle _HLldeman,former wife of said deceased,and mother of the children of said deceased,,
<br />of one-third of Fifty Dollars per month during the natural life of the said Isabelle Haldeman,
<br />the south one hundred and six (106) acres of the west half of Section 14,in Township 11,North
<br />of Rang4 11 West in Hall County,Nebrask",passed to Anna Alter,daughter of said deeeased,by fee
<br />simple title,without power on the.part of the said Anna Alter to sell,transfer,incumber,or in
<br />any manner alienate same, f or the period of ten yeas from July 14,1920, the date of the death of
<br />the said William L.Haldeman,a.nd the title of the said Anna Alter thereto subject to be defeated
<br />in the event of a sele,tranefer,ineumb runce,alienation there of,within the period above limited..
<br />IT IB FURTHER ORDERFD,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said William L. Haldeman, deceased, and charged with the
<br />payment to Isabelle Haldeman,the former wife of said deceased,and the mother of the children of
<br />said deceased,of two - thirds of fifty dollars per month during the natural life of the said Isabe
<br />Haldeman,the north two hundred and fourteen (214) acres of the west half of Section 14,in Town-
<br />ship 11,North,Ra.nge 11 Westin Hall County,Nebra.ska,passed to Russell Haldeman and Edward K. /.
<br />Haldeman,as tenants in common,by fee simple title,without power on the part of the said Russell
<br />
