<br />mitted to probate in this Court on the 7th day of August,1.920,and distribution of said real esta.t

<br />I.Wi lliam L. Ha.ldema.n, of Hail County. Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make a
<br />publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />First.
<br />I direct that ray executors. hereinafter named,pay all my lust debts, including the expenses of
<br />my lust sickness and death and the expense of administering my estate and p robuting this will
<br />from my personal property.If that be insufficient 1 direct that each of my three children,herein.
<br />after named.or their descendants,in case he,she or they be deceased,shull pay an equal pro rata
<br />amount of the deficiency;and I further direct that said paymer_ts,if they be required toayuch
<br />debts,ohall be a condition precedent to the taking of the devised hereinafter provided,in order
