<br />Deceased..
<br />Now, on this 6th day of January,1921, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of E- Wolter Jewell,Executor of the last will and testament of Rose
<br />Moncrief,deceased,and the Court having examined -the records and files,and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final report,as heretofore ordered
<br />.by the Court..
<br />And the Court,having examined the final report of the said E.Walter Jewell as such Executor.
<br />together with the vouchers on Me,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of the said Rose Moncrief,deeeased,that all
<br />claims filed have been fully paid,and that all persons having, claims against said estate.if any
<br />such there be, and which claims were not filed as heretofore ordered by the Court,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor has paid all the debts of said deceased,the Tune
<br />expenses and expenses of the last sickness of said deceased,the income tax due from aAid estate
<br />and the costs of this p roceeding,and has paid over and delivered to E.Walter Jewell,sole bene-
<br />ficiary under the last will and testament of the said Rose Monerief,deceased,all the rest and
<br />residue of the personal estate of said deceased,and that nothing further remains in the hands
<br />of said Executor to be administered up on;that said Executor ought to be discharged and said
<br />estate Closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Rose Moncrief,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee
