<br />I,Rose Moncrief,of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of- -sound mind and disposing memory do make,
<br />and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following,, That is t9 say:

<br />E.Talter Jewell all of the property, real,personal and mixed,which I shall own at the time of

<br />a,cquired,to have and to hold the same unto the said Olive C.Jewell and E.Walter Jewell,their
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said sister Olive C.Jewell and my said nephew E.Walter Jewell as
<br />executors of this will without bonds,gra.nting unto ray said executors or the survivor of them
<br />full power and authority to sell and convey real estate.

<br />to say:
<br />My sister, Olive C. Jewell, hav ing departed this life s i�nce the execution of my last will and
<br />testament bearing date July 26th,1907,I now Give Devise and Bequeath to my beloved nephew E.
<br />Walter Jewell of San Diego,California,all of the property , both real and personal, of which I
<br />shall die the owner.
<br />I nominate and appoint my said nephew E.Walter Jewell,as sole executor of this codicil and
<br />my last will and testament bearing date July 26,1907,and request that he be not required to
<br />furnish surety of hks official bond as such executor. Granting unto my said executor full powe
<br />and authority to sell and convey real estate.
<br />So much of my said last will and testament bearing date July 26th,.1907,a.s is inconsistent
<br />he rewi th, I hereby revoke..
