The court finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed for filing claims and that the time so limited for filing claims against said estate has fully expired,and that all claims outstanding against said Catharina Kruse,deceased,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded.. The court finds that said Catharina Kruse departed this life on the 3rd day of February,1920. a resident of Hall County,Nebraska.,4nd that she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 13th day of Muroh,1920,, and recorded in this office. The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament the balance of the money now in the hands of said executor.$4625.77,us shown by his report,is to be divided into two equal pa,rts,one part going to the children of Henry Peters and one part going to the childre of Ernest Kruse,each of said children to receive his or her share upon reaching majority.. It is therefore considered by the court that the report of said executor.be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and upon his filing in this court the receipts of those entitled to share in the distribution he be discharged of his trust and hi bond released.. � It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Catharine Kruse,deceased•- The court finds that the inheritance tax on the bequests to the German Lutheran Church and t Lutheran the German Sypod have been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall County,Nebraska.. A The Court finds that the said Catharine Kruse died seized of the Easterly 39J feet of Lot 8.in Block 15 in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island.Hall County,Nebraska and that said estate descended under the will to Rudolph Kruse with direction to sell.
