<br />put out at interest and the interest used by the trustees of said church for the benefit of its
<br />congregation. After ten (10) years after my decease said sum of One Thousand Dollars (41000) MA
<br />be used by said trustees for perment `improvements on said church,its re- building or its enlarg
<br />The residue in the hands of said executor after the payment of said sums for religious prupos�s
<br />and to my daughtersshall be devided unto two (2) equal parts ..one part of which shall be paid to
<br />the children of W brother Henry Peters each child to receive his or her proportionate share at
<br />the time that it may reach its ma.ority.
<br />The other half of said balance shall be paid to the children of my brother- in- law,Ernest
<br />and each child thereof is to receive its proportionate share when it reaches its majority.
<br />I have made no other provision,,-for my daughter for the reason •-that she ha.s no children,and
<br />my_ husband and I have provided for her in other ways,in addition to that which I have given her
<br />herein.
