<br />The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of said above
<br />described real estate passed and descended at the death of the testatrix to Matthew Henry
<br />Wilkins,her husband.for his use and benefit during the term of his natural life, and that at hii
<br />death all of said real estate descends under the terms of said will to Frederick Oscar Wilkins,
<br />tinker Howard Hirst,Edwurd William Hirst,Vina Metter Conklin and Isaac James Wilkins in equal
<br />shares as tenants in c omzr,on.
<br />The court finds that all of the personal property belonging to the estate of said deceased,,
<br />after the payment of the debts,funeral expensds,expenses of the last sickness and the cosh of
<br />the administrz;.tion.a.nd the payment of the specific legacy of One Hundred Dollars to Georgie
<br />Hirst,Gra.nd- duugntcr cf testatrix, passed to and became the property of the said Matthew Henry
<br />Wilkins.
<br />It is,therefore,considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the executor be and
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and that upon his filing in this court
<br />the receipt of Georgie Hirst for the legacy of $100.00,he be discharged of his trust.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that &11 persons Ore forever barred from j
<br />filing or setting up ary claims or demands against the estate of Lena Wilkins, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is closed.
<br />It is further CONS IDERED, ADJUDGED AND IFCMWD,That all of the real estate belonging to said
<br />deceased,as mentioned and described above,did pass and descend at her death,by virtue of the p
<br />visions of her last will and testament,to her husband Matthew Henry Wilkins,for his sole use
<br />.s
<br />benefit during the term of his life,and that at his death said real estate descends to Freder k
<br />Oscar Wi-lkins,hnker Howard Hirst,Edward William. Hirst,Vina. Metta Conklin and Isaac James Wilkino,
<br />share and share alike,and the court awards it to them.

<br />Apri1,1920,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Lena. Wilkins,de-
<br />ceused,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
