<br />of the marriage of myself and my said beloved husband, "tthew Henry Wilkins share and share
<br />a.11ke,as tenants in common,to be paid and pass to them on the death of said last named husband.
<br />In case of any of the legatees in this paragraph named shall die in my lifetime, (except the said
<br />Anker Howard Hirst,) leaving issue or descendants, I direct that his or her share shall not
<br />laps e.but shall be paid to such descendants in equal proportions. However as to my bequest here]
<br />to my said son Anker Howard Hirst.if he should die in my lifetime it my wish and I so direct
<br />that his share shall lapse,and shall pass to my other children herein named share and share alit

<br />Lena Wikins,Aeceased..
<br />Now on this 16th day of Uctober,1920.this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Matthew ii.Wilkins,Execusor of the last will and testament of
<br />Lena Wilkins,deceased,after due notice by publication to all pe rsuns interested,of the filing
<br />of said report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon,as required by the
<br />order of court dated September 29,1920.
<br />On examination of said report and on consideration of the files "nd the er0ence the court
<br />finds that said executor has accounted for all of said estate which came into his possession,
<br />has paid all debts filed and allowed against said est4te,and that his report is correct in all
<br />respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all persons interested of the time allowed and placi
<br />ap,poirted for filing claims against said estate and that the time so allowed has fully expired;
<br />that all claims outstanding against said deceased.not so filed,if there be such.are therefore
<br />forever barred and excluded..
<br />The court finds that the said Lena Wilkins departed this life on the 23rd day of March,1920*
<br />being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument was duly- proved,ullowed and admitted to probate in this
<br />court on the 24th dray of April,1920,and recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Len" Wilkins was at the time of her death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to
<br />.iota Seven (7) and 6 ht (8),in Block One Hundred and Fifteen (115),in Railroad Addition to

<br />the City of Grand Island.and The Ve*t Forty-four Feet of Lot Eight (8) in Block Fifty -five (55)
