<br />The Court finds that the said Hugo Hald died testate leaving a last will and testament
<br />which has been duly allowed and proved in this court and that under the provisions thereof the
<br />said above described real estate passed and descended in equal shares to Holger Hald,George
<br />Gustav Hald,
<br />Hald.Fred Hald and Charles Oliver Hald as tenants in common subject nevertheless to the life
<br />estate therein of Christina Hald,his widow,since deceased. The court further finds that the
<br />above named Holger Hald,George Hald,Gustav Hald,Fred Hald and Charles Oliver Hald are the
<br />children and only children of said Hugo Hald deceased and that there are no issue or descendants
<br />of any dece"sed-child or children of said Hugo Hald deceased and that all of the above named
<br />children are living and over the age of twenty -one years.
<br />It is therefore - ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said final report of said
<br />administrator with the will annexed be_and it is hereby approved and allowed;that all claims
<br />and debts not filed against said estate are forever barred;that upon the death of the said Hugo
<br />Hald the above described real estate owned by him passed and descended to the children of Hugo
<br />Hald above named in equal shares subject to the right of said Christina Hald,his widow since
<br />deceased,to use the same for and during her natural life and is hereby awarded to said children';
<br />as tenants in common in. fee siniple,the life estate of said widow having terminated by her death,
<br />that said administrator with the will annexed is hereby discharged,his bond released and said
<br />estate closed. 1

<br />I Lena Wilkins of the city of Grand Island Nebr"ska,being of sound mind and memory,blessed
<br />be God for the same,considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,do make and publish this
<br />my last will and testament,in manner following that is to say:
<br />First- I direct that my funeral charges.the expense, of administering my estate,and all my debts]
<br />be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient I authorize m;' executor herein after
<br />named, to sell so much of my rec.l estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved husband katthew Henry Wilkins.the use of all the re-
<br />sidue cf my property both real and personal,whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired,duri
<br />his natural life, he to pay all tax and up keeps thereon and thereof during the said time.
<br />Third: I give and bequ *ath to my grand daughter Georgie Hirst,the sum of One Hundred Dollars.,
