A t�N�jiY �7�.I13X 5ro �GxnOLfllilJJlfa OY�Y.. _ � y�_._. —_�_ v <br />(92) in the original town,now Gity of Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that the said Hugo Hald died testate leaving a last will and testament <br />which has been duly allowed and proved in this court and that under the provisions thereof the <br />said above described real estate passed and descended in equal shares to Holger Hald,George <br />Gustav Hald, <br />Hald.Fred Hald and Charles Oliver Hald as tenants in common subject nevertheless to the life <br />estate therein of Christina Hald,his widow,since deceased.
