<br />I, John Buenz, of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of Nebruska,being of
<br />sound and disposing mini, aild memory,do hereby ma A- public and declare this to be my last Will
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me..
<br />First,I direct that my funeral chacrges,the expenses of administering my Estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Second,I give to my daughter Carie all my household furniture and Two Thousand Dollars,to
<br />be hers forever.
<br />Third,after my, funeral charges,the expenses of administering may Estate and all my debts are
<br />paid and given to my daughter Curie V2000.00 and my household furni -ture, the rest of my perscnal
<br />property and my Real Estate shall be equally divided amongst all my children, Henry, Richard,
<br />Ca.rie and Emil.
<br />I hereby appoint my daughter Curie the sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
<br />In Testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and publish and decree this to be my last Will
<br />and Testament in presence of the witnesses below, this 11th day of March 1913•
