s3s <br />W <br />Lots numbered Four W.Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block 43,in Packer & Barr's Second Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, <br />The Court finds that the said Cecelia Johansen left surviving her " her heirs at law and her <br />only heirs at law, the following named persons: <br />Lars Johansen,her father,and Marie Johansen,her mother,and that the said Cecelia Johansen lef <br />no issue. <br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,the <br />said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Cecelia Johansen, <br />intestate,to Lars Johansenyand Marie Johansen,as tenants in common- to have and to hold to them <br />and their heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that lots 4,6 and 7 in block 43 in Packer & Barr's <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebrask".did pass and descend at the <br />death of Cecelia Johansen intestate,to Lars Johansen and Marie Johansen in fee. <br />(BEAL) J.
