<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased died seized and the owner of the following
<br />described chattel property now remaining in the hands of said Executrix, to -wit:
<br />80 shares of the capital stock of Titusville Fruit & Farm Lands Company.& eorporation,of
<br />Titusville,Florida;
<br />100 shares of the paid -up btock in The Equitable Building and Loan Association.a corporati on,
<br />of Grand Island,Nebri�.ska;
<br />31 shares of the capital stock of the Farmers State Hank, of Pleasanton. Nebraska;
<br />100 shares of the capital *tock of the Dolan Fruit Company, of Grand Island. Nebraska;
<br />12 shares of the capital stock of the State Bank of Yoole.of Poole,Nebraska;
<br />1 note and mortgage securing same given by G.A.Doon and wife,of Pleasanton,Nebraska,dated
<br />February 13,1917,due February 13.1922.originally in favor of Ludwig Mueller,and assigned to sai
<br />Michael L. Dolan in the name of "M. L. Dolan ";
<br />1 note given by Benoney Baylor, of Grant, Nebraska, dated Marchl,1918, due March 1,1921,in favor
<br />of said Uichael L.Dolan in the name of "Y.L.Dolan" for $1600,a.nd one note given by Benoney Layic
<br />of Grant. Nebraska, dated March 1,1918, due March 1, 1923,given to the said Michael L. Dolan in the
<br />name of 11M.L.Dolan" in the sum of $1600.which said notes are secured by a re4l estate mortgage
<br />given by the maker thereof and his wife to said payee;
<br />1 note given by Charles W. Hall, dated May 14,1917, due May 14,1921, in favor of said Michael
<br />L.Dolan in the name of 11M.L.Dol4n" for �W 1000,and secured by a real estate mortgage given by the
<br />maker thereof and his wife to the said :Michael L.Dolan in the same of "M.L.Dolan ";
<br />1 note liven by Millard F. Cornelius datedMarch 1,1914, due March 1,1921, in favor of said Mic
<br />L.Dolan in the name of ")[.L.Dolan" for $3000.together with a real estate mortgage of said maker
<br />and his wi fe, in favor of the s.a.i.d Michael L. Dolan, in the name of "M. L. Dolan ", securing same;.
<br />i certificate of the Grand Island Loan & Trust Company,dated March 1,1919,due March 1,1924.
<br />for $3500,secured by a mortgage executed by William Wiese - -and *ife -in favor of said Loan &
<br />Trust Company;
<br />United States Liberty Bonds of various issues, of the face value of $3500;
<br />1 note given by the Titusville Fruit R. Land Company.dated Jurte 1,1919,upon which there is a
<br />balance unpaid of $720,and interest;
<br />40 shares of the capital stock of the Grand Island National Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />That there also rem"ins in the hands of said Executrix the sum of �7451.26.as shown by her
<br />said report,and that the said Executrix has accounted for all and singular of the moneys and
<br />properties coming into her hands belonging to said estate,and is entitled,under the provisions
<br />of the will of said deceased, to have all of the above described property, both chattel and real,
<br />distributed to her as the sole residuary legatee and devisee of said deceased,as provided bjp
<br />said will.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THR COURT AD.TUDGED,GFCREFD,AND CONSIDERED that all claims or debts aguinsI
<br />the said estate not filed in this Court.if any such exist,be and the same are forever barred
<br />and precluded - ;that the final report of said Executrix be and the same hereby is in all things
<br />allowed, approved, and confirmed;that the above described real estate owned by the said deceased
<br />the time of his death passed and descerded.under the provisions of the will of said deceased,
<br />to the said Josephine R. Dolan,und to her heirs and assigns forever.and the same is hereby
<br />awarded to her as provided in said will including both real-estate located in the state of
<br />Nebraska and in the state of Florida,as shown by inventory heretofore filed herein; that 411
<br />of the residue and remainder of said property and estate, chattels, notes, cash, and stocks,as
<br />ht!ratnbefore described and found,pdssed and descended to the said Josephine R.Dolan as sole
<br />residuary legatee under said will,and the same is hereby awarded to her,and said Executrix
