Mul lin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COL"IMI COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE., <br />Hans P.Christensen,deceased. ) Now on this 3rd day of July,1920,this cause came on <br />to be heard upon the final report of Wip.Henry Christensen,Executor of the Last Will and Testa- <br />ment of Hans P .Christensen,dee,eased,pursuant to notice 'by publication to all persons interested <br />as to the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate. <br />On consideration of said report and of the files and the evidence the court finds that <br />the report is correct and ought to be allowed,and that said executor has accounted for all of <br />said estate which came to his possession or under his control and has distributed among the <br />heirs and legatees the sum remaining in his hands after the payment of debts and costs of ad - <br />ministrationl.that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed for <br />filing claims against the said estate as required by 14w and that the time so allowed has fully <br />expired,and that all cluims outstanding against said deceased and not so filed if any such <br />there be,are therefore,forever barred and excluded;that no claims were filed against said estdt�* <br />The court finds that the said Hans P.Christensen departed this life on the 27th day of Decen <br />ber,1919,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a <br />last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,wllowed and admitted to probate in <br />this court on the 5th day of January,1920. <br />The court further finds that the said Hans P.Chrietensen died seized in fee of the follow - <br />in& described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: The <br />Korth half of the Northwest Quarter (N* of NVJ) of Section Twenty -three (23),in Township Ten <br />(10),in Range Eleven (11),and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testa- <br />ment all of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the teetttior to William Henry <br />Christensen and Margaret Lorenzen,children of the testator,in equal shares an. undivided one <br />half thereof to each. <br />It is, the ref ore, considered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same is <br />hereby approved and allowed as and for his finra.l account and he is discharged of his trust. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Hans P. Christensen. de- <br />ceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />It is further CONSIDERED.ADTLTDGED AND DECREED that the real estate above mentioned and <br />described did descend at the death of the said Hans P.Christensen,unde -grand by virtue of the <br />provisions of his last will and testament,to his chi- ldren*Willibai Henry Christensen and Ida <br />et Lorenzen,in equal shares as tenants in common,and the court awards tt to them. <br />J.
