In the matter of the estate of FINAL DECREE., Hans P.Christensen,deceased. ) Now on this 3rd day of July,1920,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Wip.Henry Christensen,Executor of the Last Will and Testa- ment of Hans P .Christensen,dee,eased,pursuant to notice 'by publication to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate. On consideration of said report and of the files and the evidence the court finds that the report is correct and ought to be allowed,and that said executor has accounted for all of said estate which came to his possession or under his control and has distributed among the heirs and legatees the sum remaining in his hands after the payment of debts and costs of ad - ministrationl.that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed for filing claims against the said estate as required by 14w and that the time so allowed has fully expired,and that all cluims outstanding against said deceased and not so filed if any such there be,are therefore,forever barred and excluded;that no claims were filed against said estdt�* The court finds that the said Hans P.Christensen departed this life on the 27th day of Decen ber,1919,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,wllowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 5th day of January,1920. The court further finds that the said Hans P.Chrietensen died seized in fee of the follow - in& described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: The Korth half of the Northwest Quarter (N* of NVJ) of Section Twenty -three (23),in Township Ten (10),in Range Eleven (11),and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testa- ment all of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the teetttior to William Henry Christensen and Margaret Lorenzen,children of the testator,in equal shares an. undivided one half thereof to each. It is, the ref ore, considered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his finra.l account and he is discharged of his trust. It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Hans P. Christensen. de- ceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. It is further CONSIDERED.ADTLTDGED AND DECREED that the real estate above mentioned and described did descend at the death of the said Hans P.Christensen,unde -grand by virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament,to his chi- ldren*Willibai Henry Christensen and Ida et Lorenzen,in equal shares as tenants in common,and the court awards tt to them.
