<br />DECREE 07 FINAL SETTLEMENT.
<br />FRIZZ HOEFER,IACFASED. ,
<br />Now on this 26th day of May,1920.at the hour of 10 A.M.,this
<br />matter came on to be heard upon the duly verified petition of the Executrix herein Elizabeth C.
<br />Hoefer,and said Executrix having filed her duly verified account herein,and the Court having
<br />before it for construction the last will and testament of Fritz Hoefer,deceased,heretofore duly
<br />admitted to probate in this Court,and the matter was submitted to the Court upon said pleadings
<br />and the evidence,and now having heard the proof and the allegations of the parties,and having
<br />maturely considered the same,the Court finds as follows,to -wit:
<br />First Finding.
<br />That under the terms and conditions of the last will and testament of said Fritz Hoefer,de-
<br />ceased,the same having heretofore been approved.probated and allowed as the last will and testa-
<br />ment of said decedent,and now being of record in Probate Record No %8 at page 90,of the records
<br />of this Court,all of the estate of said decedent,both real and personal,after the payment of all
<br />legal indebtedness against the estate,was devised and bequeathed to Elizabeth C.Hoefer,the midov
<br />of said decedent,absolutely and without condition,
<br />SECOND FINDING.
<br />The Court finds that said Executrix should be ch&rged as stated in her account with cash ze -i
<br />ceipts aggregating $12,974-91-
<br />Third Finding.,
<br />The Court finds that said Executrix should be credited as stated in her account with expend
<br />itures properly payable by said estate in the amount of $6,033.67 and an additional sum of
<br />$67.26 paid on Federal Income Tax,and that the Executrix has loaned certain of the estate funds',

<br />and has added thereto certain of her personal funds as in said report set our and shown;the
<br />i
<br />Courtkeinds that proper and lawful notice to creditors to file claims against said estate was
<br />given,that the date'f or the presentation and adjudication of claims has long since passed,and t
<br />all claims not presented if any there be and othdr than as paid by said executrix are barred.
