<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />Edward Mahoney,Deceased.
<br />Now orL this 16t4 day of October,1920, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Patrick W.Mahoriiey,administrator of the estate of Edward Mahoney
<br />deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice of the filing of said report
<br />and of the time and place appointed for the heating thereon has been given to all persons inter-
<br />ested by publication as required by the order of court dated October 6,1920.
<br />On consideration of said report,the files and'the evidence the court finds that said adminis-
<br />trator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came to his possession or un-
<br />derhis control that he has collected from all sources the sum of $3476.70 and has paid for taxes
<br />labor and expense of administering the estate,the sum of $468.03,leaving in his hands for dis-
<br />tribution the sum of $3008.67;that his report is correct in every respect and ought to be allowe
<br />The court finds that notice was given to allcreditors of said deceased in the manner provide
<br />by law,and as required by order of court,as to the-time allowed and place fixed for filing claim
<br />against said estate;that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all
<br />claims outstanding against said deceased,not so!,filed,if any such there be,are therefore barred
<br />and excluded;that no claims were filed or allowed against said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Edward' Mahoney departed this limb on the 18t day of
<br />August,1919,intestate,and being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall Count
<br />Nebraska,and that he left surviiing hi= as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,the folloe
<br />ing named persons:
