H. ldull in <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record this 26 day of October 1920,at 4:30 o'clock P.Y. <br />Register of Deeds/ '! <br />- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0 -0 0 <br />FINAL IRCREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />1 <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />j <br />of ) FINAL 18CRFE.. <br />) a' <br />Thomas Mahoney,Deceased.. ) Now on this 16th day_ of October,1920,this cause came on o <br />be heard upon the final report of Patrick W.Mahoney,Administrator of the estate of Thomas Mahone, <br />deceased,it satisfactorily appearing to the court that notice of the filing of said report and <br />of the time appointed for final settlement of said estate has been given to all persons interest4d,y <br />therein,by publication,as required by the order of court dated October 6,1920. <br />On consideration of said report and the evidence in support thereof the court finds that said; <br />administrator has accounted for all of said estate which came into his possession or under his <br />control,has paid all debts allowed by the court,as well as the funeral expenses,expense of the <br />last sickness and the costs of administration and has distributed the remainder of the perrsonal <br />property among those entitled to share in the distribution and that there remains no money or <br />other personal property in his hands belonging to said estate;that his report is correct in all <br />respects and ought to be approted and allowed. <br />The court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said Thomas Mahoney,deceasei, <br />as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate;that the time <br />limited for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased <br />not filed as required,if there be such,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />The court finds that said Thomas Mahoney departed this life on the 12th day of Ap ril,1918, <br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, <br />leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law,the following named persons: <br />John Mahoney,Patrick W.Mahoney and Edward 1 ahoney,his brothers,and Margaret Still.Mary Mahoney <br />and Nora Mahoney,his sisters;that he left no widow,no children,no father and no mother surviving' <br />him.. <br />The court finds that the said Thomas Mahoney died seized in fee of the following described re4 <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: <br />The South -west Quarter (SW -J) of Section Twenty-six (26),in Township Eleven (11),in Range <br />Eleven (11),west of the 6th P.M. <br />The North half of the North -west Quarter (N* of NW -J) of Section Thirty -five (35),in Township <br />Eleven (11),in Range Eleven (11),west of the 6th P.M. <br />An undivided one - seventh interest in and to the West Half of the South -vast Quarter (Wj of <br />SEf) of Section Twenty-six (26),in Township Eleven (11),in Range Eleven (11),west of the 6th P. <br />The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right,title <br />and interest of the said Thomas Mahoney in and to all of the above mentioned and described real <br />estate did pass and descend at his death, intestate, to the said John Mahoney,Patrick W.Mahoney, <br />Edward 114honey.Margaret Still,Mary Mahoney and Nora Mahoney in equal shares as tenants in common <br />It is, therefore, CONSIIERED AND ADJUDGED by the court that the report of Patrick W.Mahoney, <br />1 <br />u <br />1 <br />D <br />
