<br />Now,on this 27th day of August 1919,this cause came on to
<br />be heard upon the final report of Thomas Windfield,Executor,and his petition for a settlement of
<br />said estate,and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice,as by law
<br />and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all persons interested,of the filing of
<br />said report and petition and the time and place for hearing thereon,and there being no objection:
<br />thereto,the Court,upon examinat4jon of said report.finds that same is,in all respects,correct,and
<br />should be allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file in this cause that due and legal notice,as by
<br />and the orders of this Court required,has been .given to all persons having claims against said
<br />estate,of the time and place for filing same,that said time has fully expired,and that all debts
<br />of said estate 'and claims filed against same,including costs of administration,have been fully p
<br />by said Exxecutor,t.hat all other claims against said estate.if any exist,ure forever barred and
<br />precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died at his home in Grand Island.Hall County.Neb-
<br />raska,on August 3,1918,and was,at said )ime.a resident and inhabitant of said county,,that he die
<br />leaving &.last will and testament -which has heretofore been filed,p roved,and allowed to probate
<br />in this Court,a.nd that said will disposed of all of the estate of said deceased.That said deceas
<br />died seized of and the owner in fee of Lots Numbers Right (8) and Nine j9) in Block Number Three
<br />(3) in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and that under the provisions
<br />of said will the same was devised In fee simple to Johanna. Windfield,his widow,who surviwsd:�..him

<br />The Court further finds that the said Executor has accounted for all and singular of the propdrty
<br />coming into his hands and possession,has paid all debts and claims against said estate,and that
<br />there remains unpaid of said debts and claims costs of administration in the sum of $132.39,
<br />which said Executor has personally advanced,and for which he makes no claim against said estate
<br />for repayment..
<br />IT THEREFORE BY THE COURT ADJUDGED,UECREFD,AND CONSIDMD that all claims or debts against
<br />said estate not filed in this Court,if any exist.be and the same are forever barred and p recludec
<br />that the final report of said Executor be and the same is hereby in all things allowed,approved,K
<br />confirmed;that the above described real estate owned by said deceased at the time of his death
<br />passed and descended,under the provisions of his will,in fee simple to Johanna Windfield,his wide
<br />end same is hereby awarded to her and her heirs and +alssigns,and said estate is hereby closed,sai(
<br />Executor discharged,and his bond released.
