<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AkUM
<br />I,Troels Windfield,of Grand Island,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound
<br />mind and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make,ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my.Executor hereinafter named,pay all xW just debts and funeral
<br />@expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently riay be.
<br />SBCOND.After the payment of such funeral expenlses and debts,I give,devies and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife, Johanna Windfield, the following described property ::
<br />Lots Bight,& Nine,(8 & 9),in Block Number Thre',e,(3),in Pleasant Hill Addition to Grand Island,
<br />lebraska,a.s surveyed platted and recorded.
<br />Should my wife,however,die before I do,the above described property shall be sold within one
<br />year after my death,and the proceeds divided as hollows:
<br />My son Therman Windfield is to receive one - third, (*);my son Thomas Windfield is to receive
<br />one - third, O;and the four (4) children of my deceased daughter,$milie Rasmussen nee Windfield,
<br />and her husband, Rasmus P.Hasmussen,also now dece4sed,shall receive the other one - third, ( ),
<br />share and share alike.Their names are Verna Rasmussen,Florence Rasmussen,Aberline Rasmueaen,and
<br />Irwin Rasmussen.
<br />The above described property was deeded to up September 23,1910, in the name of Throls Windfie*
<br />but I hereby declare that I am the undisputed owner of said property,and that the first name
<br />kho&ld have been spelt Troels instead of Throls.
<br />LASTLY.I make,constitute and appoint my son Thomas Windfield to be Executor of this my last
<br />•ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 25 dray of reb-

<br />will and testament of Troels; Windfield,deoeased,w4a filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />111 the 26th day of October 1918,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said
<br />Troels Windfield,deeeased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid..
