<br />It is, therefore considered by the court that the report of August Mueller,p.dministrator of t
<br />estate of Wilhelm Mueller,deceased.be and the same is hereby in all things ratified and approv4d.
<br />and that upon his filing in this office the receipts of the heirs at law for their distributive
<br />shares of the personal property now in his hands he be discharged of his trust and his bond re-
<br />leased..
<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred and enfoin,:ed from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Wilhelm Mueller, deceased..
<br />The court finds that the said Wilhelm Mueller departed this life on the 27th (!ay..6f December,
<br />1919,xhat he was at the time of his death an inhabitant of Hall County.Nebraska,and that he
<br />died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,and his sole heirs at law,the following
<br />named persons::
<br />August Mueller, Hans Mueller, Frederick Mueller and Ludwig Mueller,his brothers,and Minnie Sch -
<br />enk,his sister all residing in the State of Neb'raska,and Richard Yueller,a nephew.and Elizabeth
<br />Mueller,a niece,children of Carl Mueller,& deceased brother, .the said Richard Mueller now residi:
<br />in Hall County.Nebraska,and the said Elizabeth Mueller being a resident of Strelsund,Germany; th
<br />the said Wilhelm Dueller left no widow and no children surviving him and that his father and
<br />mother preceded him in death.
<br />The court finds from the files and the evidence that the said Elizabeth Mueller is a noon
<br />resident alien..
<br />The court finds that the said Wilhelm Dweller died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in Hall County,Nebra.ska,to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight $8),in Block Seven (7),in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island;
<br />Lots Three (3),Four (4),Six (6) and Seven (7),in Block Twenty -four (24).in Packer & Barr's

<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island;
<br />Lots Six (6),Nine (9) and Ten (10).in Block Thirty (30).in Packer & Barr's Second Addition t
<br />the City of Grand Island and Lots one (1) and Two (2),in Block Two (2),in East %rand Island,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island..
<br />Under the intestate laws of descent of the State of Nebra.sku.4s in force and effect at the
<br />time of the death of the said Wilhelm Mueller all of the above mentioned and described real
<br />estate,as well us the personal property, descended at his death in the manner following;
<br />To August 1lueller,Hans Mueller, Frederick Mueller,Ludwig Mueller and Minnie Schwenk.each one
<br />sixth part thereof.and to Richard Dweller and Elizabeth }dueller one sixth part thereof in
<br />equal shares..
<br />The court finds further that the said Wilhelm Mueller died seized in fee of the North East
<br />Quarter of the North West Quarter. (NE* of NWj) of Section Eleven (11),in Township Eleven (11);
<br />north in Range Ten (10).west of the 6th P.M..,Hall County,Nebraska,and the West half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W.J of SEJ) of Section Thirty-three (33),in Township Thirteen (13),north,
<br />in Range Nine (9),west of the 6th P.N.,in Howard County.Nebra.ska,and that by virtue of the law
<br />of descent of the State of Nebraska said real estate did pass and descend at his death in the
<br />following manner :: To August Nueller. one sixth part there of; to Hans Mueller, one sixth part
<br />thereof; to Frederick Nueller. one sixth part thereof; to Ludwig Mueller. one sixth part thereof;
<br />lo, Minnie Schwenk. one sixth part thereof; to Richard Mueller, one twelfth part thereof; that
<br />one twelfth part of said real estate,the interest therein: that Elizabeth dueller would take
<br />were she a resident reverts and escheats to the State of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS TBERFORE ORIERED, AD.TUDGED AND IIFCREFX by the court that all of the real state above
