Bernard F.Croug hwell,Deceased. ) Now on this 3rd day of September,1920,this cause came
on for hearing upon the final report of T.F.Droughwell,Rxecutor of the last will and testament
of Bernard (sometimes spelled Bearnard) F.Croughwell,deceased.
On consideration of the files, the report and the evidence the court finds that notice was
given to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time and place for fin-
al settlement of the estate of said deceased,as required by law and the order of court bearing
date August 16,1920;that the report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed;that the
executor has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his possession
or under his control, has paid all the expense of administration, and has turned over to `Anna
E.Croughwell, sole beneficiary under the will all property remaining in his hands and that there'
remains no money or other property in his possession belonging to said estate..
The court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the
time allowed &M place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so
limited has fully expired;that all claims outstanding against said deceased,if any such therebe,
are therefore forever barred and excluded and that all claims filed have been paid.
The court finds that the said Bernard F.Croughwell died at his home in Hall County.Nebraska,
on the 25th day of December,1919,and that he left a last will and testament which instrument
was duly prored, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 28th day of February,1920.
