<br />It is,therefore,considered and decreed by the court that the report of the administratrix be
<br />and the same is in all things approved and allowed and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further adjudged and decreed that all persons are . forever barred and precluded from fill
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Clark Casselman,deceased,and that said
<br />estate is closed.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that the real estate above mentioned and described
<br />descended at the death of the said Clark Casselman to the above named Violet Casselman,Nina
<br />Casselman and Raymond Casselman,in.equal shares as tenants in common,subject only to the
<br />and dower rit-ht of the widow,Anna Casselman,therein4and the court awards it to them.

<br />In the name of God, amen: I Bearnard F. Croughwell of the County of Loup and State of Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,blessed be
<br />God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form follow-
<br />ing,that is to suy;
<br />First,I direct that my funeral eharges,the expenses of administering may estate and all of my
<br />debits be paid out of my personal property.If that be insufficient I authorize mpg executor here-
<br />after named, to sell so much of my real- estate as may be necessary for that purpose..
<br />Second.,I give and bequeath all the residue of my property both real and personal to my be-
<br />loved wife Anna E. Croughwell ,wheresoever,whensoever or by whomsoever found,it being my intenti
<br />to give to my said wife all of the property that I shall die seized of,and pako c her my sole
<br />only heir. .
<br />Third.,I appoint my beloved wife Anna Croughwell executor of this my last will and testament,
<br />hereby revoking all former wills by me made.In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my
<br />this 28th day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten.
