<br />hearing on the final report of Andrew F. Faraboe,Administrwtor of the estate of the said Charleel
<br />Farabee, Deceased, and it appearing to the Court the proofs on file that notice has been giv
<br />to all persons r_;::�restad ;as required by law,Qf the filing of said report and it further appear
<br />ing to the Court after a. full;: examination tha.t'' the account exhibited by the said Administrator
<br />correct in all things and ought to be approved, and allowed and it further "Ppearing that quid
<br />Administrator has accounted for all of the estate which has come into his hands and no objects
<br />:laving been m<.:.de or filed to the allowance of paid report, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED,ADJUDGED AID DECREED that the report of the said Andrew F.Farabee,Administrator of

<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by lavv of the time end place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of
<br />sa.id deceased; that the time allowed for filing' claims has fully expired; that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been fuller paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of
<br />said deceased, the expenses of his last sickness and death and the expenses of administering his
<br />estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any
<br />such there be, are forever barred and excluded -
