<br />The 6th dyy of September, 1920, being a legal) holiday, this cause came on for hearing on the 7tk
<br />day of said month,it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof now on file that notic
<br />of the filing of the final report of the execultrix,and of the time and place fixed for the final
<br />settlement of the estate of James McBride,dece4sed,was given to all persons interested as re-
<br />quired by law and the order of court dated August 25 th,1920..
<br />(fig consideration of the report, the files and the testimony the court finds that said execut-
<br />rix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which cane into her hands or under her
<br />control,has p "id all debts filed and allowed against said estate as well as the funeral expense:
<br />and costs of administr4tion,and has paid over to the legatee under the will all of the personal
<br />property remaining in her possession; that her ;report is correct in all respects and ought to
<br />be allowed.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed
<br />for filing claims against the estate of said deceased in the manner provided by law, that the
<br />time limited for filing cle-ims has fully expirled,and that all clL.ims outstanding against said
<br />deceased not so filed, if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded..
<br />The court finds that said James McBride departed this life on the 8th day of February,1920,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will
<br />end testament which instrument was duly prored,allowed and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 9th day of April,1920,and recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said James McBride' died seized in fte of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska-,to-wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter (NWV4 and SW4) of Section Thirty (30),in
<br />Township Nine (9),in Range Eleven (11),4nd the'' Northeast Quarter (NZ-1) of Section Thirty -one
<br />(31),in Township Nine (9),in Range Eleven (11Y,and that under and by virtue of the last will
<br />and testament of the said James McBride all ofsaid real estate did pass and descend at his
<br />death to hlidu McBride,his widow,in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore ORDFRFD,ADJUWZD AND JVCREEP that all of the above mentioned and described
<br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of James MCBride,under the provisions of his last
<br />will and testament, to Alida VcEride, his widow,,in fee and the court awards it to her.
<br />It is further CONSIDERED AND A:)?UDGFD by the court that the report of the executrix be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of
<br />trust and her bond is released.
<br />It is further considered and ad udged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any clairns or demands against the estate of James McBride,deceased and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the inheritance tax assessed a gainst the beneficiary has been paid.
