JIGLBL <br />1 <br />L <br />1 <br />MIL AND DEGREE R� ,ono N o. so <br />FINAL rP-CR&E <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASLA, <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />} <br />of } ; FINAL 11FCREE. <br />Mary Baum nn, Deceased. } Now on this 12th day of August,1920, this cause came on for hear. <br />ing upon the final report of August J.Baumann,Aldministrator of the estate of Mary Baumann,deceas <br />ed,it appearing to the satisfaction of the couzrt,from the proof now on file,trat all persons in- <br />j terested have been notified of the filing of said report and have entered their voluntary appear <br />ance.waiving time and further notice by Tublica.tion or otherffise. <br />On ccnsideration of the report dnd the evidence submitted, in support thereof the court finds <br />ii <br />that said administrator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his <br />hands,has raid all costs of administration,and' that there remains no money or other property in <br />hhis possession belonging to said estate;that his report is correct in all respects and ought <br />to be allowed. <br />The court finds further that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate.in the manner provided by law; <br />that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired and thzzt no claims of any, nature were <br />filed or allowed against the estate of said deaeased;that all claims outstanding against the <br />said Mary Baumann or her estate,if any such there be.are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of August J.Bauman.n,ad.ministrator.be, <br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged <br />E <br />I of his trust and his bond i-s released.. <br />It is further considered by the court that 411 persons are forever barred,excluded and pre - <br />1 <br />f cluded from filing or setting up and claims or demands against the estate of Mary Baumann, de- <br />ceased and that said estate is closed. <br />The court finds that the said Mary Baumann departed this life on the 2nd day of April,1906, <br />being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she died intestate,, <br />i <br />leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law,the following named persons: <br />August T.Baumann.her husband,and Bernard G.Baumann and Walter M.Baumann,her sons. <br />The court finds that the said Mary Baumann died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to -wit: <br />The North half of Block Seven (7) in Plee-samt home Subdivision of part of the East calf of <br />the South east Quarter of Section Twenty-one (�1),in Township Eleven,north,in Range Nine (9). <br />west of the 6th P.M. <br />The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska.es in force and effect <br />at the time of the death of the said Mary Baumtinn all of the right, title and interest of the <br />deceased in and to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her <br />death to Bernard G.Baumann and Walter Y.Baumann,her sons,in equal shares as tenants in common, <br />vubject only to the curtesy interest of the said August J.Baumann therein. <br />I It 18,therefore,considered by the court than the real estate above described did pass and des <br />I <br />cend at the death of Mary Baumann,intestate,to',the said Bernard G.Baumann and Walter M.Baumann, <br />her sons,an undivided one half thereof to eachl!,subject only to the ourtesy rights of August J. <br />jBaumann in and to said real esta.te,a.nd the court awards it to then. <br />�T.
