<br />The Court Further rinds. that due and legal notice ha.s been given to all persons,of the time

<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator received and collected the total sum of

<br />Federal estate tax,$21,115.53,funeral expenses and allowable expenses attending the administratic
<br />of said estate,including attorneys' fees,adminilatrator's fees,and court costs,410,918.1:1,and paie

<br />The Court further finds that said Anthony Wilkinson departed this life at his home in Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,intestate,on the 29th day of Apiril,1919,and�dt the time df his death he was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that on the 29th day of May, 1919, Ralph R. Horth.
<br />was,by this Court,duly appointed as Administrator of the estate of said deceased and duly qual-
<br />ified as such; that the said Anthony Wilkinson left surviving him as his heirs at law,and his onl
<br />heirs at 1Lw,the following named persons: Lavina. Wilkinson,his surviving widow,Thomas Wilkinson,
<br />Francis Wilkinson,Alice Sedgwick,and Agnes Rob,inson,brothers and sisters of said deceased;
<br />Felix Wilkinson,Anthony Wilkinson,and Jane E.Rardall,some times called Jane WAandall,nenhews
<br />and niece,being children of Felix Wilkinson,decjea.sed,a brother of said Anthony Wi.lkinson,decease
<br />who died prior to the death of the said Anthony' Wilkinson;Percy Laycock,John Layeock,Granville
<br />Laycock,Elizabeth Bauman,Alice P.hoades,and Myrtle Stephenson,some times spelled "Stevenson ",
<br />nephews and nieces of said deceased,being children of Margaret Layeock,deceased,a ,sister-•of said
<br />Anthony Wilkinson,deceased,who died prior to the death of said Anthony Wilkinson,and James Re
<br />Wilkinson, Alice Wilkinson Ewbank,Margaret Wilkinson Morga.n,Dora Wilkinson Dolan,Elizabeth Wilkin-
<br />son Armour,Ada Wilkinson Beatty,Isabel Wilkinsol O'Seefe,and Mildred L. Wilkinson, nephew and
<br />nieces of said deceased,being children of John Wilkinson,deceased,a brother of said Anthony
<br />Wilkinson,.deceased,who died prior to the death of the said Anthony Wilkinson,the father and mothe
<br />of said Anthony 14ilkinson, deceased, having died ,prior to his death,and the said Anthony Wilkinson
<br />deceased, never having had any children.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Anthony Wilkinson,deceased,died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the state of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot

<br />Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;the east 60 feet of the north 130 feet of Lot
<br />13,in Block 4,of Parr Place,an Addition to the city of Omaha,in Douglas County,?iebraska,and bein
<br />60 feet by 130 feet cn the north side of Cass S'treet,facing 39th Street,and known as "3902 Cass
<br />Street " °in the city of Omaha,Nebra.ska;the north 42j feet of Lot 8,in Block "C ",Prospect Place,
<br />an Addition to the city of Omaha,in Douglas Co4nty.Nebraska,being 422 feet by 75 feet on the
<br />southeast corner of 33rd and Seward Streets,and, known as "1519 North 33rd Street" in the city of
