Loucks of Falls City in the County of Falls City, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty. of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make. ordain.publish and declare this to be my last will and testament; FIRST.I order and direct that nay Executrix hereinafter named pay all my just debts and Tune expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved wife Ida I.Loucks all of my personal property of every kind including mortgages and not and my farm of 200 acres more or less in Hall County described as the Northwest quarter (NW4) anc the North west quarter of the North east quarter of Sec.1.T.11 R.9 W to dispose of as she may do. sire. Third,to my beloved daughter Fay a life estate in the East one half.of the southeast one fourth of Section thirty three (33) Town (1) Range 16 east.containing 80 acres more or less. Fourth;To my beloved son Ray a life estate in the West one half of the Southeast one fourth of Section thirty three (33) town (1) Range 16 Bast,eontainging 80 acres more or less. The lots 1- 2- 3 -4-5 -6 & 7 part of the east one half of the Northwest one quarter 35 acres more or less and the part of the North one half of the Northwest quarter east of Pony Creek containing 30 acres more or less all in section Thirty three (33) town one (1),Range 16,Bast.
