<br />and that said time has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have
<br />been paid and satisfied as well as the funeral expenses, expense of the last sickles and costs
<br />of administration,and that all claims outstanding against said deeeased.not so filed,if any sue
<br />there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded..
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of said administratrix be and the sa
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report and that upon her filing in this
<br />court the receipts of those entitled to share in the distribution of the funds remaining in her
<br />hands she be discharged of her trust and her bond released.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Alford $.Autler,deceased.
<br />The court finds that the said Alford R.Autler died intestate on the 16th day of Decembbr,l
<br />a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law,and his
<br />heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Maude E.Autler,his widow,and Marie Autler,Jessie Autler and Max A.Autler,his children.
<br />The court finds that the said Alford R.Autler died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Four (4),in Block Number Nineteen (19)sin Wallichts Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,said real estate descended at

<br />death in the manner following: To Maude Z.Autler,his widow,one- third part thereof in fee: To Made
<br />Autler,Jessis Autler and Max A.Autler,his children,two- thirds part thereof in equal shares and i�n
<br />fee,subject to the homestead rights of the said Maude R.Autler thereir;.M
<br />It is,therefore considered by the court that all of the right title and interest of Alford
<br />R.Autler in Lot 4,Block 19,in Wallichts Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,passed at his death in the manner following: One third part thereto Maude S.Autler,his
<br />widow;two- thirds part thereof in equal shares to Marie Autler,Jessis Autler and Max A.Autler,,
<br />his children,subject to the 14o*estead rights of said Maude B.Autler therein.
