<br />The Court finds that the said Emma S.Mieth departed this Itife on the 11" day of February,1920,
<br />at her home in Hall Cwnty,Nebraska,and that she died intestate.
<br />That the said Emma S.Mieth,Deceased,left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law the
<br />following named persons:
<br />Fred W.Mieth,a son of Hall County.Nebraska.
<br />Frank A. Mieth, a son of Hall County,,Nebraska. '
<br />Mary_I.Mieth,a daughter,of Hall County.., Nebraska.
<br />Nathalis A.Mieth,a daughter,who has married since the death of deceased
<br />and whose name is now Nathalie A.Rolofson and residence is Lancaster County.Nebraska.

<br />Everett S. Vieth, a son, of Hall County ,Nebraska..
<br />The Court finds that the said Emma S. Mieth, died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the foll-
<br />owing described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
