<br />Now on this 17th d". of July,1920,this cause came on to be heard
<br />upon the report of Ida G1ock,Adrinistrwtr x of the estate of Adolph Glock. fte due notice to al
<br />persons interested,by publication,as required by order of court dated July 6,1920,and there bei
<br />r.o ob,ecti on or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of the files and the evidence submitted the court,being fully advised in the
<br />premises,finds that report is correct in all respects and ought to be a.11owed,and that the ad-
<br />ministre -trix has - coounted for all of the estate of said deceased which car:-,e to her possession,
<br />has paid the funeral expenses,the costs of administration and all claims filed and "bowed again
<br />the estu.te arcs tra.t there re..wins no money or other property in her hands for distribution .
<br />The court further finds that notice wus given to creditors as to the time allowed and place
<br />µppoirted for filing claims,and of the time fixed for the hearing on claims filed as required
<br />by law and the order of court;that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired and that
<br />all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed,if any such rxist,are therefore foreve
<br />burred and precluded.
<br />It is, therefore, c onsidered by the court that all persons are forever barred, shut our, exclude
<br />and concluded from fiiir6 or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Adolph Glocl
<br />deceased.
<br />It is further considered that the report of the adrainistrutrix of said estate be urd the same
<br />is approved and allowed us and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust a.nd her
<br />bcnd released.
<br />The court finds that the said' Adolph Glock departed this life on the 15th day of February, 192
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hail County,Nebr"ska,and that he died intestate;
<br />thi;t he was ii single man,that his father preceded him in death;and that he left surviving him
<br />ws his sole 'near at law his mother, Ida Gluck.
<br />The court finds that the said Adolph Glock died seized in fee of an undivided one third (i)
<br />interest in the follov,ing described real estate situate in the county of Hall and State of Neb-
<br />raska,to -wit:
<br />The East one -half (EJ) of the North -west Quarter (IM-40 of Section Thirty three (33), in Town-
<br />ship Twelve (12),in Range Twelve (12).
<br />Lot 15,in Block 16 in the original town of Cr:iro.Lnd that under the law of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska,all of the interest of the deceased in said real estate passed "nd descended
<br />at his death to Ida. Glock,his mother, in absolute title.
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that all of the right,title and interest of Adolph
<br />Glock, deceased, in the El of the NW -, ; of Section 33, in Township 12, in Range 12, anal in Lot 15 in
<br />Block 16,in the original tovrn of Cairo,all in Hall County, Nebraska, descended at his death.under
<br />the law of descent,to Ida Glock,his mother,in fee.
