<br />The Court further finds that at the time of her death the said Margaret E. Taggart was the own (r
<br />in fee simple of Lot Two (2),in Block Four (4),of gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphian,

<br />in Ball County,Nebra.ska,and that upon the death of the said Margaret E.Taggart,said real estate
<br />passed,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebruska,by absolute title,to the said Edgar Tag

<br />art, Otis Ta.ggart,Nellie Felton,a.nd David J. Taggart, share and share alike. -
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDEMPJ),ADJUDGED,AND IIECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Edgar Taggart,as Administrator of the estate of the said Margaret E.Taggart,deceased,be and the
<br />same hereby is allowed and appra -led as and for his final report,said Administrator is discharged
<br />and said estate closed.
