<br />will and test"ment,and direct that in case it becomes necessary,in the due course of the settle-
<br />ment of my estate,to dispose of or sell any real estate owned by me at the time of my death,not
<br />hereinbefore specifically devised in kind,then,wnd in such event,i direct and empower my said
<br />executor to make sale of such real estate at his descretion and convey same by good and suffic
<br />deeds of conveyance without application to or authority from any courts for such purpose,full
<br />power and authority to sell and convey such real estate,being herebyexpressly given to and con-
<br />ferred upon him..
