<br />of my said husbxand,and subject to his life estate therein,as herein set forth,I give,devies,and
<br />bequeath the remainder over in fee of said abase- described premises, in equal shores, to Marie Vie-
<br />gert (wife of Henry Wiegert),Christina Wiegert (wife of Frederich Wiegert),Augusta Wiegert (wife
<br />of Herman Wiegert ),Emma Rudolph,and Anna. Wiegert (wife of John Wiegert),the above -named five per-
<br />sons to take same as ten"nts in common. And to the end that my said husband,. William Splinter s
<br />have the use of said premises during his lifetime, free of all charges and expenses, of every kind
<br />and nature,l direct that he shall not be required to pay any taxes or special assessments upon o�

<br />shal ,jail make such distribution of my said household furniture,clothing,and personal ornaments
<br />among the legatees and devisees named in this will,including himself,as he,in his judgment and
<br />discretion,may deem ,just and proper. This latter clause not being ma.ndatory,but purely discretion
<br />ary with him, as to such distribution thereof. Thb provisions made for my said husband herein to
<br />in full of all his claims or allowances out of my estate..
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath unto the trustees of the Nebraska Conference of the Evangelical AssociatiI
<br />of North America the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250) Dollars,to be used for the benefit and gene
<br />support of the church of that order,loczated on West Fifth Street,in Grand. Island. ebr.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to the Ebeneezer Orphans' Home, of Cleveland, Ohio, the sum of Two Hundred
<br />($200) Dollars,the same to be puid to the duly authorized trustees or governing board of said
<br />Home.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my son,Frederich Wiegert,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars,and
<br />to my step- sons,Herman Wiegert and John Wiegert,and to my step- daughter,Emma Rudolph,the sum of
<br />Fifteen Hundred (41,500) Doliure each,making u total of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500) Doll-
<br />le
<br />ars to the above - named four persons.
<br />SEVENTH..
<br />I give and bequeath to my step- son,Henry Wiegert,the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars;also,
<br />to brie Wiegert (wife df said Henry Wiegert),the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dolla.rs;also,to
<br />Ernest Wiegert,the son of Henry Wiegert,the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars.
<br />All of the above amounts to be paid tosaid various legatees in the due course of the admin-
<br />istration of my estate as same is realized in and reduced to money,care being had to conserve sE
<br />estate and reduce it to cash as soon as practicable after my death.
