<br />The Court finds that the said John F.Hull,died.seized as the owner in fee simple,of the foll
<br />ing described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:

<br />That under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska,the said above described reel estate d
<br />pass and descend,at the death of the said John F.Hall,Deceased,in the manner following:
<br />To Gideon J.Hu11,Bernice B.Smith "nd Lillie PI.Aipick,each a one -third part,absolutely,as ten-
