<br />Now on this 3rd dwy of July,1920 this cause came on for hearing
<br />on the: final report of I.R.Alter,Administretor of the Estate of the said John F.Hall,Decea,sed,ani
<br />it appearing Ao the Court from the proofs on file,tha.t notice has been given to all parties inte
<br />ested,as by law required,of the filing of said report,wnd it further appearing to the Court ufte
<br />a full examination that the account exhibited by said Administrator.is correct in all things and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Administrator has accounted
<br />for all of said estate which has come into his hands it is,therefore,
<br />ORDERED,A.DJUDGED AND ]ZCRFFD that the report of said I.R.A1ter,Administrator of the Estate of
<br />said John F. Hall,Deceased,ae and the same is approved as and for his final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the de-
<br />ceased;that the time allowed for filing; claims has fully expired that all claims filed and all
<br />against said estate have been fully paid and sa.tisfied;that the funeral expenses of said deceas
<br />and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all uutstwnding claims
<br />a.gai nst said estate not filed, if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed by the Court,that all persons are forever barre
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said John F.Ha11,Dec
<br />and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of

<br />$2772.85. That after paying the bills allowed against said estate, including funeral expenses, doct is

<br />Bills,pttorney's fees and Administrator's fees,there was left the sum of $2340.55.for distributi n
<br />c;.mong the heirs -at -law. That there has been paid to each of suid__heirs- at-luw the sumof X780.18.
<br />and that each of said heirs -at -law has receipted to said Administrator in full for all demands
<br />due to him or her from the personal property of said estate and the entire sum that has come int
<br />the hands of the said Administrator,to- wit :the sum of $2772.85,h4s been paid out by him and ther
<br />is nothing left in his hands for distribution and he has accounted for all sums that have come
<br />into his hands.
<br />The Court finds that said Estate is not subject to any Inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said John F.Hall departed this life on the 24" day of Fe °oruary,1919,j
<br />in Grand Island,Ha11 County,hebrasku,appn��d that he died intestate.
<br />That the said John F.Ha11,Deceased,urviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at-
<br />the following named persons:
<br />Gideon J.Hall,a son of Logan County. Nebraska.
<br />Bernice B.Smith,a daughter,of San Francisco,California.
<br />Lillie M.Amick,a daughter,of Sherman County,Nebraska.
