Anna Y.Strudley,Deceased.. 577/1, Now,to -wit on this 2nd day of April,1920 this cause came on for hearing upon the final acco and petition for final settlement of the Administrdtcr,and thereupon hearing was had,evidence submitted to the Court,upon which the Court proceeds to make final settlement of this estate, and in so doing finds from the evidence and files us follows; The Court finds that notice of the time and place of this hearing has been given according to law and the orders of this court, and that there are no objections on file to this hearing; that all other notices,by law required,including notice to ereditore,have each been duly given. The Court further finds that the final account filed herein is true and correct and the same should be allowed and approved and the petition for final settlement granted. The Court further finds that all debts,claims and demands filed against said estate have beer fully paid and settled and all claims not filed herein are forever barred. The Court further finds that decedent departed this life intestate on or about the 11th day of April,1919,and at the time of her deuth,and prior thereto she was a resident and inhabitant of Custer eounty,Nebruska. The Court further finds that decedent left her surviving as her sole and only heirs-at-law,, her husband,Philip R.Stradley,and the following brothers and sisters,to- wit;Ray A.Green,Julia K. Trefren,Mary V.Goss and Nina E.Filsinger,all of full and legal age. The Court further finds that there is no personal remaining in the hands of the Administrato for :distribution. The Court further finds that decedent died seized and possessed of the following described t real estate,to -wit; West half of the West half (WJ W -J) of. Southeast quarter (SE4) Section Twenty- seven (27) Township Twelve,(12) ITorth,Range Twelve (12) Hall Courty,Nebraska,and that said land descends to the above named heirs in manner and proportion provided by law. It is therefore Considered,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the final account filed herein is true and correct rind the same is hereby allowed and approved and the petition,. for final settlement granted. It is further Considered,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that decedent left her surviving as her sole and only heirs,her husba,nd,Philip R.Stradley,and the following brothers and sisters , to -wit; Ray A.Green,Julua K.Trefren,Mary V.Goss,and Nina E.Filsinger,all of full legal age. It is further Considered,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that there is no personal property remaining in the hands of the administrator for distribution.- It is further Considered,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that decedent died seized and possessed of the following described real estate,to- wit;The West half of the West half (WJ W*): of the Southeast Quarter (STS +) Section Twenty - seven (V) Township Twelve (12) Range Twelve (12) in Hall County, Nebraska, and that said real estate,and all of it,descends to and title ves in the above named heirs in manner and form provided by law,to -wit; To Philip R.Strudley,anal undivided one -half (J) interest therein; and to each of the brothers and sisters an undivided one-eighth (1/8) interest therein. It is further Considered,Ordered,Adiudged and Decreed by the Court that the Administrator having fully performed his duties herein be,und he hereby is discharged and released from any further liability herein and his bondsmen exonerated.
