<br />In the matter of the estate of John S.Hedges,deceased.,
<br />I,Thos.H.Cornett,County Judge in and for said County,do hereby certify that on this 3rd
<br />of March,A.D.1891 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said John
<br />S.Hedges deceased which was filed in this Court on the 12th day of Februury,A.D.1891.4nd being
<br />instrument to which this is annexed,was duly proved,approved,proba.ted and allowed,as the last
<br />will and testw*mt of the said John S.Hedges,deceaseoin and for the State of Nebraska,and was
<br />prdered to be recorded in the records of the County Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHFRFOF•I have hereunto set my hand.and the seal of said County Court,at Kearney,

<br />At session of the County Court held in and for said County,at the County
<br />Court room in Kearney,on this December 31,A.D.1897.
<br />PRESENT To M. EASTERLING. COUNTY JUDGE..
<br />In the matter of the estate of John S.Hedges,deceased.
<br />Be it remembered that on the 30th day of "rch,A.D.1895 L.P.Main,executor of said estate fil
<br />in this court his final account as such executor a.nd a petition by Lettie M.Hedges,widow,and
<br />guardian of Bertha L.Hedges approving said final report and on July 15,1895 said executor filed
<br />receipt from said Lettie M. Hedges showing that she has received all moneys and property remai
<br />ing in his hands.
<br />That on this December 31,1897 this matter was submitted to me upon the records in this case
<br />and that of the Guardianship of Bertha L.Hedees in this court,and the vuuchers filed in support
<br />of said final report.
<br />I find that u.11 claims a.nd expenses against said estate have been paid and that said executc
<br />has paid all legacies and that Bertha. L. Hedges has been paid her legacy*.
<br />Thereupon 4fter an examination of the said account by the court,and after due consideration
<br />thereof,and of the vouchers filed by the said L.P.Main,in support thereof,on motion of the said
<br />L.P.Main no one appears to object to or to contest the same.
<br />IT IS ORDERFD,ADJUDGED AND DFCRFED,that the acts and doings of said executor and his final
<br />report be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed..
<br />And it is further, d udged and Decreed that said L.P.➢iain be and he is is hereby discharged
<br />froru his trust as such executor his letters test4mentary heretofore issued are hereby revoked
<br />and annulled..
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto sex my hand,and the seal of the said County Court at
